We keep shipping simple and predictable. Below is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may be longer for remote locations and during peak seasons.

If any special handling surcharge applies to a specific item, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

  • As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.
  • You can follow the latest scans until delivery. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional shipping charge beyond what you paid at checkout. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Address changes & order edits

  • Need to update your address or modify your order? Email [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • We can update addresses only before your order ships. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible and is subject to the carrier.

Delivery expectations

  • Most packages are delivered to a secure location at the destination address. For high-value orders, we may require a signature at our discretion.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, please: (1) check with household members and neighbors, (2) look around entrances and mail areas, and (3) allow 24 hours in case of a final carrier scan delay. If still missing, contact us—We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed), we’ll contact you to confirm details. We can reship after address confirmation; additional shipping costs may apply.

Backordered or pre-release items

If an item is on backorder or has a future release date, we’ll email you an updated shipping estimate. Your in-stock items may ship first.
