Order Cancellation Policy

We move fast to get your order on its way. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Most orders begin processing within 1 business day of purchase.

When can I cancel?

Eligibility depends on the status of your order at the time we receive your request.

Order status Can we cancel? What happens
Payment confirmed, not yet processed Yes We cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing (picking/packing or shipping label created) We will try Cancellation is not guaranteed. If we can stop it, we refund in full. If not, the order ships.
Shipped / In transit No We cannot cancel once shipped. You may be able to request a return after delivery according to our returns guidelines.
Partially shipped (some items sent, others pending) Partially We can cancel any unshipped items. Shipped items cannot be canceled.

Note: Our handling time is typically 1 business day. Placing a request promptly gives us the best chance to stop an order before it ships.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email: [email protected]
  2. Subject line: Cancel Order #YourOrderNumber
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Name and shipping address on the order
    • Items to cancel (full order or list specific items)
    • Brief reason for cancellation

Please send only one request per order to avoid duplicates. We will confirm by email whether we were able to cancel.

Refunds for canceled orders

  • If we cancel before shipment: we refund the full order amount paid to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, Stripe, or Airwallex), including applicable taxes and shipping for full-order cancellations.
  • Partial cancellations: we refund the canceled item(s). Order totals and discounts may be recalculated if a promotion required a minimum spend or specific items.
  • Timing: we process approved refunds promptly; your payment provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Changes instead of canceling

If you prefer to update an order rather than cancel it, email us as soon as possible:

  • Address corrections: Possible before shipment.
  • Item changes or size swaps: We will try before shipment; otherwise, you may request a return after delivery.

Cancellations initiated by us

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if there are payment issues, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, pricing or listing errors, or we cannot verify delivery details. We will notify you by email if this happens.
