Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Because our handling time is 1 business day, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once the order has entered processing, packaging, or carrier handoff.

Order Change Requests

Customers may request changes before the order has been processed or shipped.

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once a package has been handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, Modernmanstyle cannot guarantee address changes.


Size, Color, or Product Changes

If you selected the wrong size, color, or item, please contact us as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to update your order if:

  • The order has not been processed
  • The requested item is available
  • The change does not affect fulfillment timing

If the requested change cannot be completed, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then contact us regarding return or exchange options.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery when the item meets our return eligibility requirements.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 7 business days.

High Volume or Holiday Periods

During holidays, seasonal promotions, or high-volume periods, orders may move quickly into processing.

This may reduce the available time for cancellations or changes.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact us immediately.

We will try to cancel the duplicate order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If both orders have already shipped, the unwanted order may be handled through our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Refused Packages

Refusing delivery is not considered an approved cancellation.

If a package is refused and returned to us, we will review the situation after the returned package is received and inspected.
