Payment Methods & Checkout Security

Our checkout is built for speed and security. Below is a clear view of how you can pay and what to expect at each step.

Accepted Payment Methods

Method How it works at checkout Notes
Credit/Debit Cards Enter your card details directly on our secure checkout. Major cards accepted. Your bank may ask for a one-time code or additional verification.
PayPal You’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in and approve the payment. Use your PayPal balance or linked funding sources. Ensure your PayPal shipping address is correct before confirming.

Who processes your payment

Stripe Your card statement may reference our store name and/or "Stripe." Secure processing for some card transactions.
Airwallex Your card statement may reference our store name and/or "Airwallex." Secure processing for some card transactions.

We currently do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or in-person payments.

Checkout Security

  • All payments are encrypted end-to-end through our approved processors.
  • We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers.
  • Your bank or PayPal may require additional verification (e.g., a one-time code) to complete checkout.
  • We will never ask for your full card PIN, full password, or one-time codes via email or chat.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

  • Once your payment is authorized, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation.
  • A confirmation email is then sent from [email protected]. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

If Your Payment Fails

  1. Confirm your details: name, billing address, card number, expiry date, CVC, and any bank verification code.
  2. Try another method: switch to a different card or PayPal if available.
  3. Call your bank: ask if the bank blocked the charge or if there’s a spending/security hold.
  4. Wait a moment and retry: too many rapid attempts can trigger security filters.
  5. Contact us: email [email protected] with a screenshot of any error and the time of the attempt.

Pending, Duplicate, or Reversed Charges

  • Multiple attempts can create temporary authorizations on your statement. Only one successful charge will settle; the others typically drop off automatically.
  • If an order did not complete but you see a charge, contact us. We’ll review and, if applicable, void or refund the payment to the original method.

Fraud Screening & Verification

For your security, some orders may be held for manual review. We may contact you to confirm order or payment details. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and return the payment to the original method.
