Orders
- How do I place an order?
Add your items to cart and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try to help, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order has been submitted or shipped.
- I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it already shipped, we’ll work with the carrier when possible. Orders returned to sender can be reshipped to a corrected address for an additional $6.99 shipping fee or refunded for the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).
- Do I need an account to check out?
No. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and view history.
- What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?
If we can’t fulfill part of your order, we’ll notify you and issue a prompt refund for the unavailable item(s).
Sizing & Product Fit
- How do I choose my size?
Refer to size details on each product page and compare with your body measurements or a similar garment you own. If you’re between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for comfort.

Follow the care label on each garment. When in doubt, cold wash and line dry to preserve fit and color.

Tracking
- Where is my tracking number?
We email tracking once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam or email us.
- Tracking hasn’t moved:
Scans can be delayed. Most shipments update within 24–48 hours.
- Tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it:
Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/household, and look around the property. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging and proof of purchase. Please try on over clean clothing.
- Non-returnable: Final sale items and any item returned used, damaged, or missing components.
- How to start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.
- Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/color.

Refunds
- Inspection time: 2–3 business days after your return is delivered to our returns facility.
- Refund method: Issued to the original payment method.
- Timing after approval:
- Credit/debit card: typically 3–10 business days (bank processing varies).
- PayPal: typically instant to 3 business days.
- Airwallex/Stripe transactions: typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees: The standard $6.99 shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error or the product is defective.
- Partial refunds or denials: If returned items are used, missing tags, or not in resaleable condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
