DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect creators and intellectual property. If you believe content on modernmanstyle.shop infringes your copyright, or if your content was removed by mistake, use the notice-and-takedown process below. This page explains how to submit a copyright notice and a counter notice, consistent with applicable U.S. law.

Notices sent to other addresses may be delayed or not received.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice (for rights owners)

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on one’s behalf, include all of the following in your notice:

  • Your full legal name and a physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (for example, title, description, or a link to an authorized version).
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing and its location on our site, including specific URL(s). Screenshots may help, but URLs are required.
  • Your contact information: mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We may request additional information if needed to verify your claim. Incomplete notices may be rejected.

What We Do After Receiving a Takedown Notice

We review each complete notice and take appropriate action regarding content hosted on or controlled by modernmanstyle.shop.

5. Counter-notice window Await a valid counter notice from the user, if any. Up to the statutory period
6. Possible restoration If a valid counter notice is received, we may restore the material no sooner than 10 business days after forwarding it, unless we receive notice of court action. Not less than 10 business days

We cannot remove or disable content hosted on third-party platforms we do not control.

How to Submit a Counter Notice (for users)

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter notice containing:

  • Your full legal name and a physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location of the material before it was removed (specific URL(s)).
  • Your contact information: mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

Send counter notices to the Copyright Agent using the contact details above. We will forward your counter notice to the original complainant and follow the process described.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate accounts or features associated with users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Knowingly False Claims

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter notices may carry legal consequences. Please consider seeking legal advice if you are unsure about your rights.
