Refund Policy

We stand behind every order and aim to resolve refund requests quickly and fairly. This page explains when refunds are approved, how they are issued, expected timing, and how shipping charges are handled.

When refunds are approved

Cancel before shipment If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund in full. Refunded (order never shipped) Email support as soon as possible. Orders begin processing quickly (often within 1 business day).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item Refund or replacement (your choice, subject to stock) once verified. Refunded Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
Not delivered / lost in transit We investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost or no tracking movement for a reasonable period, we will refund or replace. Refunded Let us know if your tracking stalls or you have not received your order. We may ask you to confirm your address and check with neighbors/household.
Change of mind / fit issue Refund to original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Not refunded Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package Refund after the package returns to us (if in resellable condition). Not refunded; any carrier return fees may be deducted Verify your address at checkout and track your delivery to avoid carrier returns.
Items marked final sale or non-returnable (e.g., certain accessories or hygiene-sensitive items like underwear/socks) No refund unless defective or incorrect. If approved for defect/incorrect item, refunded Contact us within 7 days with photos if there is a fault or we sent the wrong item.

How refunds are issued

  • Original payment method only: refunds are returned to the method you used at checkout. We cannot send refunds to a different card or account.
  • Credit/debit cards (processed directly or via Stripe/Airwallex): refunded to the same card.
  • PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Store credit is available on request instead of a payment-method refund.

Timing

  • Approval and processing: within 3 business days after your request is approved, or after your return is delivered and inspected.
  • Bank or payment provider timelines: typically 3–10 business days for cards/Stripe/Airwallex and 1–3 business days for PayPal. Actual timing is controlled by your bank or provider.

Return shipping and condition checks

  • Unless we made an error or the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags/packaging. Signs of wear, odor, damage, or missing components may result in a partial refund or denial.
  • Do not send any return without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent elsewhere may delay or void your refund.

How to start a refund request

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Tell us what happened (cancellation request, defect, wrong item, not delivered, change of mind) and include photos for any quality or delivery issues.
  3. We will reply with next steps, including return authorization (if applicable) and where to send your item.

Notes on shipping charges

  • Our standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order.
  • This shipping fee is refunded only when we are at fault (e.g., order canceled before shipment, damaged/defective/incorrect item, or confirmed lost in transit).
  • For discretionary returns (change of mind/fit), the original $6.99 shipping fee is not refunded.
