What We Refund

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
  • The original shipping fee ($6.99) is not refundable.
  • Applicable taxes on returned items are refunded according to local rules once the return is approved.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, reason for return, and photos if there’s a quality issue.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions (sent within 1 business day). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging. Include your RMA/authorization reference in the parcel.
  4. Ship using a trackable service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us unless we provided a prepaid label for an approved issue.

Exchanges

  • If you want a different size or color, reply to your return authorization email to request an exchange. We’ll confirm availability.
  • To get the new item faster, you can place a new order now and return the original for a refund once it’s received and approved.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Condition Guidelines

  • Items must be free of wear, wash, alterations, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or stains.
  • All tags and any accessories that came with the item (e.g., extra buttons) must be included.
  • Shoe boxes are part of the product and must be returned undamaged inside a shipping carton.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact; underwear and socks are not returnable.

Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with an issue, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the problem and the packing slip. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund once verified.

  • Pack items securely to avoid transit damage.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit if you use your own label.
